Welcome to Codashops. By accessing or using codashops.live (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility

2. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@codashops.live if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order plus any taxes or fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of publisher terms.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the email address or game ID you provide at checkout, typically within seconds. Confirm your details carefully — we cannot reverse a delivery once it's been credited.
5. Refunds
Because top-ups and gift cards are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- Your order was not delivered due to a system error on our side; or
- The code or credit you received was invalid or already redeemed at delivery.
Submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase via our contact form.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of game publishers' terms.
- Resell credits without an authorized reseller agreement.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use stolen payment methods or engage in chargeback fraud.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Service belong to Codashops or our partners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for game publisher actions affecting your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codashops's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
